Shipping Time

Unless otherwise noted on the item page all orders will be shipped the next business day via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive an email including the tracking information generally within 24 hours of ordering. Orders typically take 3-5 days from shipping date to arrive.

Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise noted on the item page… Shipping is free for orders within the US over $100. Shipping on orders within the US less than $100 is $5.50.

International Shipping

I’m happy to ship orders internationally. I ship international orders either USPS first class for small orders or USPS Priority for larger orders. Shipping starts at $15 for Canada & $20 for the rest of the world and increases based on the weight of your order. Shipping charges will be calculated during the checkout process before final payment.

International Fees

Please note that for shipments outside U.S., the total does not include customs, brokerage, and other fees, which differ from country to country. Those changes will be collected at the time of delivery by the shipping company. Please consult your local law about those fees.

Taxes

Orders shipped within MI will be subject to a 6% sales tax.

Return Policy

We’re happy to make returns, payment will be refunded via paypal once your return is received. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we are in error (i.e. wrong item sent). Returns are accepted on yarn, in original condition, within 1 year of purchase. Needles and hooks within 2 weeks of purchase. Books, Patterns, Special Orders, and Clearance yarn all sales are final.

Can you wind my yarn for me?

We’d be happy to! When you get to the paypal page in the checkout process you’ll be able to leave us a note in the message to sender field. Just note that you’d like your yarn wound. Note, skeins that have been wound are not able to be returned.
